We offer a comprehensive cottage watch service:
- We visit your cottage at a agreed upon frequency you decide and inspect for break and enters, theft, vandalism, storm damage and snow load.
- We will takes appropriate action to protect your property from damage
- We notify you immediately with a full assessment if problems occur.
- We will notify police and other officials if required.
- With your authorization, we act on your behalf to hire local tradesman for repairs, snow plowing, etc.
- We can act as local contact for your Alarm System
The cost of our basic service is based on accessibility and frequency.
Property Maintenance
We are available to assist you with opening or closing your cottage and also can assist you through-out the cottage season with general property maintenance.
